This 1oz of Pine + Spruce Bitters was handcrafted with organic vodka, pine, and spruce tips harvested from Green Willow Homestead. Our farm never practices the spraying of pesticides, and soil health is of the utmost importance.
For our cocktail enthusiasts, we recommend adding a dropperful of Pine + Spruce Bitters to any of your vodka and gin-based drinks. We particularly love adding it to gin and tonics and vodka sodas.
Pine + Spruce Bitters can also be taken at 1ml (one dropperful) up to 3x daily in a glass of water, tea, or mineral water.
Pine and spruce are renowned for their anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and detoxification properties. Both surprisingly contain more antioxidants and Vitamin C than orange juice, including potent anti-inflammatory terpenes like alpha- and beta-pinene.
Studies have shown that various species of pine have a surprisingly high level of antioxidant activity, which helps lower oxidative stress in the body.
